Vzfw Karl Bohenkamp and his SSW D IV

Need information about the Siemens-Schuckert D IV from VzFw Karl Bohenkamp. He flew in Jasta 22 and has 15 victorys.
Has his plane special signs and colours?
What serial had it?
Gives it some pictures?
Will need the information for a model building
