Alfred Saunders - 60 Squadron - STD?

Removed from training because he had contracted syphilis around October 1916. Does anyone know where he was training? He was living in Kensington London at this time therefore I assume it was close to this address, and had received his RAeC at Catterick in July 1916.

Also, does anyone know when he was promoted Temporary Captain?

regards

Keith
