Oswald Boelcke Memorial at Bapaume
In 2016 I was present at the unveiling of the Boelcke Memorial at Bapaume, which was in the early afternoon on the centenary of the fatal crash of the father of aerial tactics.
Today it stands on the market square just in front of the city hall For those interested, here's a little clip |
