Boelcke victories stand at 40 victories ( probably more)before his death when he collided with a fellow Jasta 2 pilot. Is it pssible that he could have reached 80, or 100 before his pupil Baron M. von Richthofen? would leave or staff work got in the way of Boelcke potential to be top gun.
