Question Re: Ben Elton/ Sgt E.J. Elton (6&22Sqn)

Hi all, I heard that the British comedian and script writer, Ben Elton has a keen interest in WW1. Would any of you knowledgeable aerodromers know if Sgt.E. J. Elton, who served with No. 6 Sqn, and who with Major Lanoe G. Hawker created a gun mounting amongs't other things, before becoming an "ace" pilot with No. 22 Sqn, could be an ancestor of Mr Ben Elton? Thanks in anticipation, Strutter15
