Jean Navarre-need help!?!

I am trying to "date" this picture, i have always thought that the picture was taken after the war , when Navarre was flying as a test pilot for Morane Soulnier, but i am not absolutley certain of that fact. THe tail of the aircraft looks as if the plane's number is 208_, maybe 3 or 7 and so i am hopeful that with the serial number of the aircraft we might have a chance of getting a closer estimate of when the photo was taken.
thanks for the help!!

Bonsoir

Jean Navarre flew Morane Saulnier AI (MoS 29) only after the end of the war
when he was test pilot at Villacoublay-
So this photo was probably taken between end of war and July 1919
when he died by accident (probably in a Morane AI)
The serial number I read on the rudder is 2083
