Quick help with abbreviation?
Hi all
May I ask for quick help with an abbreviation, please, which does not appear on this site's abbreviation list?
In Air 76, one gentleman's file shows him as have been posted at different times to what looks like 1 S of A, 2 S of A, and 6 S of A.
"S of" I assume is "School of", but "A" is for...?
Thanks in advance
Steve

Steve,
I should have said that No.1 School of Aeronautics was at Reading, and No.2 School Of Aeronautics was as Oxford. I'm afraid I don't know where No.6 S of A was - anyone?????????????

I think No. 6 School of Aeronautics was in Clifton, Bristol.
