Hi all

Can I assume that the abbreviated German rank Flg. (I think it is Flieger) equal is to the rank of Private in the RFC/RAF and Private 1st Class in the USAS ?

Regards

I think just Private in the US Army. Gefr. (Gefreiter) would correspond to Pvt. 1st class.
