Does anybody know whether or not, after downing the two English planes just before his fateful battle with the 7 se5's from 60th, Werner Voss actually flew out to meet those 7 planes or if he just didn't run and let himself become surrounded?
He must have been influenced by the characteristics that his plane had to think that he could take those 7 planes on. You know what, I bet he probably could have done it if luck was with him and those 7 planes weren't the best flyers the british had.
Do you think Voss could have pulled off a victory with 7 intermediate british flyers?
