You won't get the documents like this easy. If you need such documents about these things, you can only get them through long-standing contacts in military and state archives. Such documents are also very rare to find complete in one archive and must be compiled.
The cost of such documents is therefore very high, because many people and institutions always have to be involved. You can't just go there and ask if you can get plans for a Roland aircraft.
I suspect that such extensive documents aren't necessary for your project, but if you're considering a flight-worthy replica, you'll need a larger sum.
Roland documents are rare, incomplete, and scattered among several military and state archives, some of them scattered across Europe.
If you really need them, you'd have to submit various requests to these archives, but I have to tell you that 90% of documents in military archives are subject to conditions. You won't get them without a reason, such as a research institute, aviation company, or something similar. There are also other factory plans (Fokker....), factory documents, and photos; at such documents I need 10 years just to negotiate with those responsible and convince them that we needed them. I'm only telling you this so you realize that you can't easily find or obtain them. Furthermore, most of the documents are subject to a prohibition against publication. You can test it, just try to get documents from the Mercedes archive; it's very large and comprehensive with ww1 documents; you could find a lot, but I'm afraid you won't get it.
It would be better if you limited yourself to what you really need, as that would increase your chances.
