I was wondering if anyone knew what the response was among French escadrilles to the mutiny among the infantry. Was there any problems within the escadrilles, or refusal to fly at any point. I have read a fair amount about the reaction among French naval forces and of course the infantry but never heard what the escadrilles did during this time. Anyone ?

I've not heard that any French air units mutinied, though supposedly some pilots and aircrew were arrested and held in confinement because they had supposedly seen what was happening.

Unfortunately I can't remember the source for this!
