107 years ago, the Rittmeister fell


Today is the 107th year anniversary of Manfred von Richthofen’s tragic end. A visit to the Omaka museum showed how alive the memories are. This center display has its own part in the museum, display cases around show personal effects such as two of the silver victory cups and one of the original Iron Crosses cut out of the fabric of his Fok.Dr.I.
