I'm not sure if you're talking about the same film, but Belle & Blade offers a documentary about 1918 sturmtruppen.

My father saw ca 1936 a movie with name "Stosstrupp 1917". He was 10 years old and dreamed very bad in the night after.
I donīt know when the movie was made. If it is a 1933 or later-production than you will not find it. Maybe some of the German book and video dealer in the Net can tell you more. |
