Question Information required of Clifford A. B. WILCOCK, RFC

Can anyone help with any information regarding Clifford Arthur Bowman Wilcock, who, after being injured during the fighting at Ypres, was seconded to the RFC in July 1917? He retired from the RAF in 1938 with the rank of Group Captain, and I would like to know of his RFC/RAF service record, (his rank, the squadron(s) that he flew with, and the types of aircraft flown). He was to become a founder member of the newly formed RAF in 1918. . He subsequently became an MP after WW2, and was chairman of the now defunct Derby Aviation airline.
Many thanks in advance of any replies,

Clifford Arthur Bernard Wilcock:

1912-1914 - Private, 14th London Regt, Service No. 1596.

Awarded 1914 Star.
Wounded at Ypres, Royal West Surrey Regt.
26 May 1917 - Temporary 2LT, to be Flying Officer, attached from Royal West Surrey Regt. He is not listed as having a Royal Aero Club Certificate No. but he was a flying officer.
March 1918 - Listed as temporary 2LT and a Flying Officer

Maybe that can get some folks started. Steve
