Jasta 14

Hi,

According the website of https://www.luftfahrtverlag-start.com/

we will have an history of JAsta 14 this summer - if I my translation website was good - and told by Axel Urbanke!

This is amazing news!
My state of knowledge is that there is a substantial amount of photographic material available on Jasta 14 but only scant secondary information about the pilots, incidents and markings.

Really looking forward to this one!

Hello,
I can assure you that this forthcoming book will have BOTH extensive (and new) photographic coverage and excellent textual details about the history of the unit. Having two such distinguished authors, it is bound to be an excellent book!

Talking

Mates,
Here is a translation of the note (I hope)

Towards summer, our first book on the subject of the First World War Air Force will be launched. We have decided to make individual publications in this area as well, as interest in this area is increasing significantly. The first book comes from the specialists Jörg Mückler and Rainer Absmeier and is called "JASTA 14". Little is known about this Prussian hunting squad to this day, and that is precisely why the book, which is heavily photo-heavy, provided with well-versed texts and lots of color graphics and maps, is bound to be an extremely interesting publication.

answer

Yo, lads; I had a very nice reply yesterday from the kind lady at www.luftfahrtverlag.start.com. She says I'm the first to order and that they will send me the details of payment, etc, as soon as they are available. The book is being finished up and out shortly. Looking forward to above news. Send in your orders for an answer/reply for JASTA 14. Cheers;

PS: Just ordered SEEFROSTA, Jack, keep em' coming.
