German Inline 6 Engine ID

Currently on ebay. Appears to be raw engine castings on granite slab being checked by quality control?

Can anyone here tell what engine these casting might be for?





The same ebay seller has this photo. Unsure if any relation to the above two photos. Engine block doesn't appear to be the same.
