Roland DII with the Wappen of Halle an der Salle
In the 2014 Aeronaut publication Roland Aircraft of WWI: A Centennial Perspective on Great War Airplanes: Volume 9 by Jack Herris there is a photo and profile of a Roland DII with a personal marking of the 'Wappen' of the city of Halle an der Salle. Is there any information as to possible pilot, unit or aerodrome for this aircraft.
