Polish Fokker D.VII question

I am looking for information regarding the Fokker D.VII, Polish serial 22.04. I am especially interested in those strips on the fuselage, are these some kind of reinforcement of the seams between linen and metal panels? Any help will be appreciated.

These are all marks , that show where are the Frame tubes .

Although it could be caused by rubbing or dirt from the outside of the fabric , ...most likely , it is a reconditioned DVII and there is existing , no protection forming a dope-proof barrier between the (probably) Newly applied fabric & the dark painted frame tubes under .

When the fabric was doped , the dope soaked through , and with the pressure of the paint brush ,......it also softened the paint of the frame & its dark colour bled through the fabric , .... giving witness to the positions of all the frame tubes .

Fuselage tubing marks

John is correct. Those marks are in the position of the risers in a D VII
