PC-10 transition to PC-12

Seeking guidance on which specific British aircraft were painted with PC-12. This is a tricky subject. Can someone offer assistance by placing the matter into these three categories?
Which aircraft were only painted PC-10?
Which aircraft were only painted PC-12?
Which aircraft were first painted PC-10 and later production planes painted PC-12? As it is impossible to tell from a black and white photo, are there records that reveal for example that Sopwith Camels or Se.5a's were PC-12 after a certain serial number? I fully realize that there can be no absolute certainty. Just looking for something better than flipping a coin.
