ZAK wing spar brand

Hi folks,
I'm in the process of building a 1/3 scale Fokker DVII-F and want to add the ZAK stamp. The inspector for the Zentrale Abnahme Kommission, branded the wing spars, after acceptance, with the initials ZAK below a crown. I believe the date was written in also. Does anyone know if the Werke number was placed there also? Or was it the serial number of the aircraft? Did the inspector sign it with his name? On the a Knowlton Fokker spar plate i can only make out the ZAK stamp.

Thanks for the help
Richard.
