Ufag C.I frontal machineguns

Good day. I read that while the standard armament of the Ufag C.I was one MG in front and one to the rear, sometimes a second machine was fitted in front. In a book that I can not identify now there was a photo, but on an experimental machine in a factory. Do you please know if this has been done on more than one machine? And if they were ever operative at the front in 1918? Thanks so much.
