Cannon-armed aircraft victories

Hello All,

I'm interested in victories scored by airmen flying cannon-armed aircraft (except Spad XII, about which I know enough ) during WW1.
Were the French the only one to score such victories in their Voisins, Breguets and maybe other cannon-armed aircraft? What about Russians, British, Italians, Americans, Germans and Austro-Hungarians?
How many (more or less) victories were scored by cannon-armed aircraft and is it often possible to state whether they were scored with cannons or machine guns? Any examples of such victories?

Thanks in advance for any replies
Albert

Hello Albert,
I have no notice of such victories by Italian aces, or non ace victorious pilots. Actually the only pilot I ever heard of trying such a weapon was Guynemer iirc, but I never really understood if he was successful or not.

Also de Sevin and Battesti scored on Spad XII. But the question was about all other cannon-armed aircraft

Here's one example of a cannon victory. On 18th March 1916 S/Lts Marinkovitch (pilot) and Perrault (gunner) scored a direct hit on an AEG while flying Breguet 5Ca2.

Any other examples of such victories?
