Royal Newfoundland Air Force.....

With DR1's in pink livery.

I especially liked the "Cod in the Ring" scheme.

A little late to bring up (it's no longer April 1st) but a worthy effort that will undoubtably catch a few unawares.

Taught in Canadian schools, this is a well known part of Canadian history that has been scrubbed for political correctness. What they don't relate in the article is that Newfoundland's homegrown moonshine, known as 'Newfie Screech', was more debilitating to friend and foe alike than the RNAF and much more cost effective.

Since too much Screech causes erratic behavior & short-term memory loss, imbibers were doomed to repeat the follies of the night before, never remembering the maxim that "those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it."

Regards
John
