Firstly - hello to everyone again after a very, very long absence. For those that remember me, I basically lost enthusiasm in aviation for various reasons (mostly from working in the industry in one particular job I didn't enjoy), but fortunately it has returned - and just in time too. I have been working on a book on the WW1 Handley Page bombers for a long time, but finally hope to have it done and with the Publishers by September, so am currently conducting a 'big push' to make sure it is done in time. I'm always on the look-out for new information, especially first-hand accounts from the crew, if anyone can recommend any? There were a good number published which I have detailed below - if anyone knows of any others, especially unpublished ones they may, please let me know;
Green Balls
Night Bombing with the Bedouins
Diary of a Night Bomber Pilot
The Annals of 100 Squadron
Night Raiders of the Air
The Big Bombers
Handley Page Bombers of the First World War
In the meantime, I have attached a photo of the 'first' cover, it will likely change but at the moment it still looks fantastic
