29 August 1914 Russian Hospital train bombed

On 16 (OS)/29 (NS) August 1914 the Russian hospital train "Tsarevich Alexei" was bombed by German aircraft. It was in the rear of the Russian 2nd Army somewhere North of Warsaw near the German border, Does anyone know what unit could have done it? It could be a Zeppelin possibly the ZIV or remotely the SL II. Thanks in advance.
