Location Guesnain Aerodrome

Hello,
From what ive seen on the net the Guesnain-Aerodrome often is shown at/near Erchin which wonders me and i am quite sceptical about it. McMaster has some good maps of that area and Guesnain.

Can someone point me to the location where the airfield was located?

Thank you very much,
paf

paf,

Could this thread provide any more clues to the location?

Also, possibly this map. Enter the date, for example June 30, 1917, and Guesnain does show as a highlighted red dot. But you are likely looking for more details.

Best regards,
Mike "G"
