Hi all,

In a local source, I learn the possibility of a german airplane crashed on 23rd augustus 1914 near Mons ( Belgium ).
Do you know something about this ?
Thanks a lot.
Best regards from Belgium.

Would be best to post this under the "aircraft" thread, one level up.

Due to bad weather German airplanes in the sector around Mons flew only 5 missions on this specific day and not before noon. Two missions had to be broken off, two were with limited in success and only called successful. There is no report known about any crash and surely not one to enemy action there.

I intended to write "only one was called successful".
