On enhancement in PhotoShop, the LVG looks like B 143.13. But the picture is a low quality scan and it could well be 143.15 - impossible to say for sure without a better quality image. The LVG B.I prototype flew on 3/8/1913 and LVG received orders totaling 112 units for the type during the remainder of 1913, 24 that were to be built under license by Euler. The first eight delivered from LVG were numbered B 45-48.13 and B 51-54.13, so B 143.13 is a possibility if the 1913 LVG units other than the first eight were not numbered in a sequential block (B 55-134.13). And of course assuming that LVG managed to deliver the whole order or something close to it in 1913.
The Albatros photo is worse quality than the LVG and the red arrow drawn by the seller partially covers the area where the year should appear. My guess at what's there is the same as yours -- B 31. Nothing more to see.
