For those who noticed that the exhaust is on the left side, and that the smoke generator shows the smoke is moving away from the cockpit.
This is a Gypsy 175, which has a reduction gear built into the front of the engine, so the prop turns in the opposite direction as the Gypsy 30.
I talked to Tim on the phone about how it flys.
He is still doing the test flights, but he says it flys like a heavy stearman.
