UK WW1 TV Documentary
Tuesday evening at 8PM. Channell 5 UK.
WW1 Top Gun Revealed. The story of how the aeroplane went from an eccentric novelty to the decisive weapon of modern conflict. This programme includes a series of dazzling aerial experiments, as present-day test pilots push the meticulously recreated planes to the limit. Hope its worth watching, I've set the recorder. Phil |

That's great for you guys in the "Old Country" but unless there is some way to get it on the web those of us in the "New World" are out of luck. Any chance it will be streamed or available to us?

It was certainly worth watching. There was an interesting snippet that Fokker originally approached the British but was turned down.
