yes the second one is Alfred Träger.
From Julius Buckler Malaula!-The Battle Cry of Jasta 17:
The Jasta car (left to right): Wilhelm Becker, Träger, Adolf Schreder, Strasser, ---?---, Adolf Werner, Richard Grüter and Alfred Bauer sit on the running board.
Very interesting is this: You do not see the man far right (Alfred Bauer) on the picture in the book!!!!!

Yes, the pictures are only in the English book by Norman Franks......

Hi Cnock,
the second one from left could be Ernst Wendler, he was Staffelführer of Jasta 17 from 19 June 1917 till 01 October 1917 (WIA). He is on the Starthaus-picture fourth from right.
