Specifications pertaining to WW1 era propellers

Hi,

I have found in a 1920 book (by Engineering Division, McCook Field, Dayton) a listing of specifications by "Bureau of aircraft production".

Is anyone knowing where I can read those specifications, particularly those about glueing (14000B, 14020A and 14024), finishing (14008A, 14012 and 14019) and propeller construction in general (29500D) ?

Regards,
PM
