what happened the december 22nd 1914?

Hi friends:

Recently i had been reviewing the book " Casualties of the German Air Service 1914-19120", by Franks, Bailey and Duiven, and i noticed a long list of casualties dated the 22.12.1914. This day the unit FLA 23RK in Bixsschoote (Bikschote) suffered 25KIA and 34 WIA or MIA.

What caused this fact? A bombing, an accident ..?

Thanks

Yes,

the men from Feldluftschiffer-Abteilung des 23. Reserve-Korps were killed in ground fighting on this day.
