i did it!

they said it couldnt be done, but i cast a 1/32 spoked wheel. and i'm a bit excited. i tryed to take a picture but my camera is taking worse pictures than usual for some reason. to be fair i used a 1/18 scale harley spoke wheel as the base then i took a 1/32 injected wheel and removed the center leaving the tire then took 2 tire halves and grafted them onto the spokes which took 2 hrs of scraping and sanding to be useable. after i glued the 2 halves onto the spoke i filled the valley with ca glue and sanded with a sanding stick. i made a 2 piece rtv mold and cast it in smooth-on 325 resin and it worked. its strong and looks decent. my next goal is to see if i can put brass spokes in the mold and paint resin into the tire and center hub portion which would make an even better spoked wheel .that will be my mk. II spoke.
