WWI engines in 1/72

I've been a "sleeping" modeller for more than a year but now I've come back to my WWI planes passion.
When I opened my spare parts box I realized that my stock of engines for the 1/72 planes was at low level.
Unfortunately the great Aeroclub Models has temporarily closed due to the loss of the kind Mr. Peter Wright.
Could someone suggest me where I can find them? I'm fond of the vacuum formed kits and the engine is the part I change every one.
or... the scratchbuilding is the only way....

Thanks a lot and all the best!

Ezio

Welcome aboard.
Peace.

Thank you Terri, I've already had a look but mainly are 1/48 or rotative. nOW I'm missing the Mercedes D III engines....

Try buying Roden's 1/72 kits. These are cheap and come with famous sprue Z, which holds both Mercedes and BMW engine and weaponry. See review of one of such kits here.

Cheers,
Misa

Mercedes in 1/72

Wombat
I did notice in the Engines and Things catalogue a couple of Mercedes Benz 6 cyl for fighters and bombers
Right at the end of the 1/72 German section.

Cheers

Syd

One more suggestion

Try Ardpol also. I recall a couple of Mercs in Roll Models catalog.
