2/Lt Frederick Ambrose Taylor

Hi
I am new to this so please be kind. Just found grandfathers records at the Archives ( air/76/496 ref 581)but do not understand what some of the entries mean. he joined the RFC as a pilot.
for example 5TDS.
3 AD RAF PARIS
3DD TO 42 STN Hospital 30/10/18
13 group--4TDS
CDP TO BEF
he would have apeared to be wounded twice once 16/1/17 as it says wounded home and then in 1918.
His file also mentions medals bit does not list which ones.
and finally on his file is CF returned 3/5/1920.
Would appreciate any information. Trying to understand were he may have served and the conditions-.
