Tiger Model Designs has an aftermarket exhaust made specifically for the Wingnuts 1/32 D.V & D.Va kits. (Featuring thinned walls, weld beads and 'rust' texture--$7.50 USD.) TMD also say it *should* also fit the Roden/Encore D.I/D.II/D.III kits. Has anyone fitted this part with a Roden kit?
the only thing i can say is that the roden motor is ever so slightly larger than the wnw motor, i know this because i put my roden diii motor next to the one in my wnw albatros kit. so it may work but if you look really close the pipes might not line up perfectly with the cylinders. but it may look ok from a few feet away. it just depends on how picky you are about perfection. i guess another option would be to make a resin cast of the wnw motor and use that on a roden diii, the motor is quite a bit more accurate on a number of details anyway.
