Question Another Udet Question?

G'day All!
Iam currently reading the Translation of Udet's book printed in 1970 under the title "Ace of the Iron Cross" & Iam really enjoying it. Iam up to when he is in Africa after the end or WW1. He was certainly a facinating character.

My question is: Through the book he is called by what I presume is a "nickname" of "Knaegges" but as I dont understand much German I wondered if one of our German Forum members or others can enlighten me.

Thanks in advance.

Barry,

See this thread:

There are indeed very few "new" questions under the sun!

Hey Barry H. and redintheskies,

don't worry! One of the best thing at this forum is, that you can read all of the old threads. The people-threads for example you can read from January 2002 till now without problem at the moment. But I think you can also find the older threads from 1999-2002. But I don't know at the moment were to find them at the easiest way.

So, if you have time........

Regards

Rainer
