Folks,
* *We've been working on producing replica pulsometers from the drawings used by B.A.P. These were CAD modeled from the drawings and these models used to rapid prototype a plastic model. The model then served as a pattern for making molds to cast wax patterns which were then used in investment casting. We chose investment casting as we felt it would best reproduce the effect of die casting as the originals were without the expense of die tool making. Attached is a photo of our finished pulso next to an original.
