DR.I engine connections

Greetings. I have searched numerous sites, including this one, and not found what I looking for maybe I'm using the wrong terms but anyways I looking for photos or diagrams of the area behind a Le Rhone engine and under the fuel tank. I'm specifically interested in fuel/oil lines control cables linkages, connections to gauges, etc.

All of this to add detail a model.

Thanks,
Jim

Your best bet might be to look for photos of V7 wn. 1788.

Yes Tim good call. In OTF vol.22 no.3 on page 198 Taz has a good photo of V7 from the side showing all the cabling. I'm not sure where this is from but I'll take a look at Peter's photos to see if its in there but this is a Factory photo #1049. It may have been posted here before in the V7 thread that Taz and Dave where talking about.

It's really the only set of photos I can think of that shows these items to advantage.

What I dont get is that with as many photos I have seen of every "other" Fokker shot at the factory...is that there are relatively few of the Dr.I's structure and phases of construction and testing. There's some but I'm guessing theres more out there somewhere.

Yes, I do have this photo. This is of V.7 w/n 1788 with the Siemens-Halske Sh.III 160hp engine. The layout should be vary similar to Dr.I except for the engine controls (pre Taz)

I did zoom into the photo more so you could see more of the internal detail.
