All you guys already know this
but, I have to say Wingnut Wings customer service is wonderful.
I had ordered an SE.5 for my dad and when the shipping confirmation email came, it turned out it was being sent to an old address (this was a PayPal issue, not WW0). I shot a quick email to WW in the hopes of catching it before it left NZ.
I got a reply within an hour. Dave informed me that the parcel had left NZ and apologized for the shipping email reaching me late. He offered to contact NZ Post to see if it could be changed.
I ended up hitting the post office in the town it was being shipped to (I only moved 15 miles) and managed to snag it on Monday (the USPS worker was exceptionally friendly and helpful even at 15 min to closing).
Tonight, I got an email from Dave at WW saying that NZ post told him I'd received my package and could I confirm it was me that picked it up. I replied I did and thanked him, saying my only regret was that, due to a no-more-models-until-2010 promise to my wife, I couldn't order one for myself.
He wrote back a final note saying he was glad it worked out and that my dad was getting his model (and he chuckled at my promise).
I've had some good customer service (moosejaw.com, for instance), but nothing as helpful, fast, and, above all, friendly customer service as Wingnut Wings gave to me.
(and I did have to open the box, you know, to check for damage? All it did was make me regret even more I didn't order one for myself)
