Hi Udet;

Yes the SPAD looks good, two different boxings coming out too - French and Italian, and American. Also check out the Lloyd they are doing also. Good stuff and about time!

All the Best

Neil

Guys, I've the kit!
I was gone today at the Brussels air Museum, where there was a model expo. One of the merchants owned some boxes of that Spad VII. When I saw it, I immediately bought it (costed me 23 euros). It's a short run but the pieces are really very nice; the work will not be difficult I think. There are some resin pieces (essentialy the cockpit) and photoetched parts (from Eduard!). The only bemol I've is that for me the red color of the decals is a little bit too dark.
Now, I will try to find the old Aeromaster decal sheet with Belgian version of Spad VII...

Oh, the Lloyd was also available, but I didn't buy it.

Your duty is clear - go back and buy the Lloyd, and let us know how it looks. I'm particularly interested in the wood-like decals.

I have ordered both kits from Great Models Shop (a mail order house) last weekend. With luck and the U.S. Postal Service co-operating, I should get it later this week. I will let you guys know what the Lloyd C V looks like in kit form.

It took a long time for a manufacturer to decide on issuing these two aircraft, but at long last we got them!

Now, how about a Rumpler and a DFW?
