Who were this men?

Who can identify the persons on this picture and what airplane is on the background?

The airplane is a Halberstadt D.V.

I'm not the greatest at instant pilot recognition, but to me these men look like pilots from Jasta 5:

OfStv Edmund Nathanael (far left)
Ltn d R Heinrich Gontermann (far right)
Vzflgmstr Max Winkelmann (second from right)

Can't tell for certain but perhaps Uffz Paul Hoppe, second from left?

Winkelmann was downed and made PoW on 26 January 1917 (The Jasta Pilots, Franks, Bailey, Duiven, p. 299), which would date the photo as having been taken before this. However, at that time Nathanael was in Jasta 22; he joined J5 in March 1917.

I'm sure others will chime in and fill the gaps.
