No 4 Sqdn RFC Personnel

Hi all. I wonder if anyone "out there" has any information on the following personnel of No4 Squadron RFC circa 1917. viz ;

Sgt. W.R.Clarke (pilot) and 2ndLt.F.P.Blencowe (observer) RE8 A4691

I have already tried the RAF Museum, the IWM, and the PRO without much success, and the Combat Reports which I was seeking at the PRO were apparently stolen some years ago. So, if anyone has any advice or help they can offer, I would be very pleased to hear from them. My thanks in advance for any help you can give. Regards. Jeff
