Naglo Info Request

There are two well known photos of the Naglo Quadruplane/D.II available. One is a full frontal view and the other a starboard front 3/4 view, neither of which show the tail structure. I have heard of a mythical WW I Aero issue which not only shows the missing structure, but reportedly also has details of the even-more-elusive Naglo D.I.

I would like to order that issue from WW I Aero, if it really exists. I have emailed them but they cannot help, persumably because of the great volume of back issues/information contained in the archives. Can anyone here help me?

Of course, any other source for the Naglo empennage information would be welcome!

TIA, Rupe

From the Hikoki reference list:

Naglo D.II (Quadruplane)
AE 1988 Vol. 34 No. 3
CompleteFighters 1994 p.421 *
EDF 1959 p.36 Few details
Fighters 1914-18 1960 p.199 * German Rare Aircraft
German A/C WWI 1962 p.488
Janes WW1 1990 p.178
LD20 1970 p.371
Triplanes 1993 p.109 ** Multiplanes
WW1 Aero 1991 No. 134 November

to get the list and the book explanations download

The horizontal tail looks a bit like from an Alb C.XII and the fin and rudder like a Pfalz D.III
