Cool Major H P Fletcher DSO Croix de Guerre

Two years ago I was fortunate to purchase a framed Memorial scroll complete with DSo and Croix de Guerre with silver star to Major H P Fletcher sadly there were no named medals included (namely 1914-15 star trio). When researching tihs gallant airman I checked his MIC which stated he was 'not entitled' to any 1st war campaign medals. Can anyone through any light on the reason why? His DSO and C de G were for gallantry in the Aegean so why no campaign medals issued? I have subsequently added an unnamed but genuine 1914-15 Star trio to his group. Is there anything that can be done to get this gallant airman the recognition he deserves with regards service medals for the 1st War. thanks Clive
