Fokker V.4 again

Hello again.
It was more than six month ago I told you about my project (http://www.theaerodrome.com/forum/mo...-triplane.html) and for some reasons I had to abanon it but now I'm determend to finish it.
I'm assembling the bits and feeling a bit worrried about the 600 km trip it has to a show this weekend. The whole construction feels very wobbly being plastic. Perhaps I should have made the struts in metal instead.

But here is were I stand at the moment.

I can see the end of the project at last. I am also finishing a Fokker V.8 in 1/72 scale as well. It took parts from three Dr.1 kits and one D.VII for that one.

That looks to be the early V.4 that had no outer wing struts. The top wing had 20 ribs, mid-wing had 14 ribs and the lower had 16 ribs. After Ltn. Werner Voss had test flown this the wings were modified to the V.5 style because he had experienced the wings fluttering during the test flight. It's good to see the right tail on this on stead of the V.5 style.
