Observer Knaur
I am searching for more information about the life and career of Leutnant der Reserve Ernst Knaur (strangely called "H. Knaur" by Franz Büchner) who died on 24 March 1917 in aircombat as observer of FA(A) 245 north of Reims.
Especially I would like to know if and when he did serve with FA(A) 270. |

Lt. Ernst Knauer
Born: 25.08.1888 in Meißen Died: 24.03.1917 by Reims Prior to aviation service he served with the Grenadier Regiment 101. Regards Alex
