Nieuport 28C1

I am very much seeking information about building to specs a Nieuport 28C1. I bought plans drawn up by a man named Bergen F. Hardesty on April 14, 1955. However, they are not very forthcoming for somebody who has never done this before. The plans call for such things as hollow 2 piece spruce spars with a plywood "I-beam". It has been a life long dream for me to do this. I want to do as much reading and study on this before I begin this build.
