Honoured Guests?

Hi again here is another photo I picked up-looks like a staff HQ of an infantry unit but look at the three sitting in the centre. Now Im not an expert so maybe someone could help. The man in the centre with th cocked cap and boots and the fellow sat next to him seems to be wearing flying leathers and he does look familiar, as do one or two other faces in the crowd-of course I could be wrong. I half half a clue as to who he is and if anyone says a name we can take a look. To the right of cocked hat looks very like v. Bodenschatz who needs no intro. Any ideas? Sorry if this is a timewaster but it may be worthwhile..I got excited about this!
